The company also provides advanced tracking and reporting solutions unavailable elsewhere in the U.S. marketplace. MailExpress was co-founded in 2005 by industry veterans ... Board Member Sonny Smith, EVP of Business Development Sean Smith, EVP of Operations Rick Rover and EVP of Information Technology Todd Kleine ... the same innovative team that invented the Expedited Mail concept in 1996 while at SmartMail, an early Expedited Mail company that was later sold to DHL. Now led day-to-day by President and CEO Bob Moss, MailExpress has recently added former Deputy Postmaster General John Nolan as a board member and former USPS Senior Vice President of Sales Gail Sonnenberg as an advisor and USPS liaison. The MailExpress VP of Human Resources is Jim Bulger.
